We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support and assistance to our customers and end-users.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing timely and effective support for business-critical applications, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance. They will also possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to investigate and determine root causes of recurring application issues.

In this role, you will act as a front-line responder, resolving incidents and service requests raised by users in a prompt and professional manner. You will also maintain and manage problem tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and resolution tracking.

A key aspect of this position is your ability to develop and maintain deep functional knowledge of our bespoke trading application, acting as a subject matter expert for users and internal teams. Additionally, you will collaborate with our leadership team to identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and self-service capabilities that reduce support volume.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience working with and documenting bespoke business applications, with the ability to become a subject matter expert quickly.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering training to stakeholders and end-users in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to investigate and determine root causes of recurring application issues.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceDesk Plus, ServiceNow (SNOW), or Zendesk.
