Job Title: Software Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Software Development Specialist to join our team of talented engineers. As a contributing member, your primary responsibility will be to develop high-quality software solutions that meet requirements and promote the re-use of software components for ease of support.

The role involves working with various web technologies such as HTML5/CSS3, Native JavaScript, or frameworks like Angular or ReactJS, and other web server technologies. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, developing, and testing high-quality software applications that meet specifications and industry standards.
  • Analyzing and resolving system failures caused by errors in software code, implementing remedies and improvements as necessary.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements in engineering practices and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintaining and tracking software systems using specialized tools.
  • Providing input and technical content for documentation, user guides, and training materials.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong web development skills, a solid understanding of software development and quality assurance best practices, and excellent communication and teamwork skills. Experience with cloud development, POS solutions, and self-checkout integrations is also desirable.
