Our Quality Assurance team is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Quality Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our QA department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing quality management processes to ensure compliance with industry standards;
  • Supporting product development lifecycle activities, including change controls and deviations management;
  • Conducting internal audits and reporting results to the Head of Quality;
  • Managing day-to-day quality control activities, including tracking and resolving issues;
  • Reviewing and approving validation documents and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

We are looking for someone with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, who is able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in Engineering or Pharmacy with a good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
  • Strong knowledge of testing and validation principles, as well as quality management systems;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Self-motivation and a strong desire to learn and grow in your career;
  • Knowledge of computer programming and Information Security is an asset.
