Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to lead our testing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance and a passion for automation.
Job DescriptionThe Senior Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and executing comprehensive test plans, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement effective testing strategies, focusing on automation, functional, and end-to-end integration testing. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining robust test case automation frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber, and Karate.
- Conducting thorough regression, functional, and E2E integration testing to guarantee software quality.
- Collaborating with developers to enhance code testability and implementing best practices.
- Mentoring junior team members and guiding them in improving QA processes.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 9 years of experience in software quality assurance with significant hands-on automation experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring programming languages.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Postman or SOAPUI for API testing.
- Familiarity with databases such as MS SQL or Oracle.
- Experience with Bitbucket or similar version control systems.
Knowledge of monitoring and security tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, or Checkmarx is highly desirable.
