Job Overview

This role is a key opportunity to leverage instructional design expertise and collaborate with subject matter experts and vendors to co-develop high-quality learning content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update custom learning solutions to reflect current trends and evolving business priorities.
  • Support the creation of self-paced modules, masterclasses, role plays, and simulations using proven learning and behavior change frameworks.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and vendors to develop innovative and effective learning strategies.
  • Assist in standardizing and customizing content, as well as upgrading existing materials across programs.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in instructional design and development.
  • Strong knowledge of learning science principles applied in adult learning.
  • Experience in designing curriculums and assessments.
  • Excellent review skills of learning work products.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with subject matter experts and vendor partners.
  • Experience working in an international market.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Slack, Trello, or equivalent project management software.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging generative AI tools.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with client-facing case teams to co-design and implement targeted capability building solutions.
  • Work closely with senior leadership teams to obtain subject matter expertise and review feedback.
  • Communicate effectively with BCG U leadership teams for direction and reviews.
  • Engage with the knowledge team to gather content on topics.
  • Partner with instructional design vendor partners.
  • Interact with internal and external experts.
