High-quality software requires a strong foundation of quality assurance. We are seeking a seasoned QA Lead to drive the quality strategy and vision for our WMS and eCommerce domains.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing end-to-end test strategies across core engineering tracks.
  • Leading a team of test and QA engineers to consistently deliver high-quality software products.
  • Coordinating with multiple stakeholders and third-party teams to prepare and execute comprehensive test plans.
  • Integrating testing seamlessly into development processes, ensuring continuous integration and deployment.
  • Tracking and reporting key quality metrics to measure progress in strengthening the eCommerce test and quality footprint.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and processes.
  • Experience working with eCommerce platforms, OMS, search, and 3rd-party eCommerce applications.
  • Exposure to modern web standards and technology.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Agile SCRUM and test-driven environments.
  • Comfort working with offshore development and testing teams.
  • Knowledge of Continuous Integration principles and best practices (Jenkins, Github).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and related libraries.
  • Understanding of modern web architecture using MVC approaches.
  • Exposure to bug tracking and task management software like JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.
