Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Automation Lead to drive the success of our testing efforts. As a key member of our core team, you will play a critical role in designing and maintaining robust automation frameworks.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience as an Automation Engineer, specialising in test automation frameworks within the JavaScript ecosystem.
  • Strong hands-on skills in designing, building, and maintaining automation frameworks, with a deep understanding of software testing principles, debugging, and defect reporting.
  • Skilled in automated testing (including Playwright with JavaScript) and experienced in writing and maintaining automated test cases as part of comprehensive test suites.
  • Proficient in test documentation development (test plans, test cases, checklists, regression suites) to support Agile QA processes.
  • Hands-on expertise in integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines to ensure scalable regression coverage and faster release cycles.
  • Knowledgeable in SQL, Java, and related systems, enabling integration testing and data validation across different layers.
  • Experienced in Agile frameworks, regression testing, and continuous quality improvement practices.
  • Leadership background in mentoring, guiding, and uplifting automation engineers to ensure best practices and high-quality delivery.
  • Recognised for excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.
