Interior Design Professional

We are seeking a skilled and creative Interior Design Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through our showroom, and suggesting suitable furniture and décor solutions tailored to their needs.

  • You will greet and welcome customers, offering a premium shopping experience and understanding their preferences, home aesthetics, and functional needs to suggest suitable products.
  • Curate personalized product selections and suggest suitable combinations of furniture, lighting, and décor based on client space requirements, color schemes, and lifestyle needs.
  • Prepare detailed quotes and pricing estimates based on client selections and collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure timely follow-ups and order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome customers, offering a premium shopping experience.
  • Understand client preferences, home aesthetics, and functional needs to suggest suitable furniture, upholstery fabric, rugs, lights, and accessories.
  • Guide customers through the showroom, explaining material choices, design philosophies, and craftsmanship behind each piece.
  • Provide professional design inputs based on clients' space requirements, color schemes, and lifestyle needs.
  • Curate personalized product selections and suggest suitable combinations of furniture, lighting, and décor.
  • Assist clients in visualizing products in their space using mood boards, sketches, or digital tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure timely follow-ups and order processing.
  • Maintain a database of potential clients and proactively reach out to schedule showroom visits.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in interior design, furniture sales, or luxury retail.
  • Strong understanding of furniture, home décor, lighting, and space planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
