Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned IT engineer to collaborate with our technical team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of operating systems, network fundamentals, and ITSM tools.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Handle escalated technical issues, provide in-depth troubleshooting, and ensure smooth resolution of incidents.
  2. Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
  3. Monitor systems, applications, and infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
  4. Collaborate with development teams and vendors for complex issue resolution.
  5. Document solutions, knowledge articles, and update standard operating procedures.
  6. Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to junior engineers.
  7. Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and after-hours support as required.
  8. Ensure compliance with SLAs, IT policies, and security standards.
  9. Assist in system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years of experience in IT support or technical engineering roles.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems and network fundamentals.
  • Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and infrastructure issues.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and basic knowledge of firewall, networking, and server concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
