Our team seeks a senior engineer to lead the development of interior cockpit components and systems.

This leadership role entails managing sub-systems and deliverables for all aspects of defined components/systems within the Cockpit Console commodities and Interior Trims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery in line with quality, cost, and attribute targets.
  • Develop and integrate Cockpit Console commodities and Interior Trims, including IP & Console, Ducts, Vents, Topper Pads Glove box Diver panels, cup holder, Arm rest etc.
  • Apply detailed engineering knowledge of design, function, performance, production, and manufacturing requirements.
  • Manage and challenge system, sub-system, and component costs through utilization of engineering knowledge and decision-making processes.
  • Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and influence at all levels.
  • Utilize PC literacy skills, including Microsoft Project, Power Point, Excel, Word, and experience with engineering tools - FMEA, Agile or Scrum (Six Sigma will be an advantage).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Production/Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in the field.
