
Sales Manager with Channel Expertise

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our channel sales efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and manage relationships with key partners, drive revenue growth, and oversee the performance of our sales teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Establishing and managing sales partnerships to achieve subscription sales targets via tele-centres.
- Overseeing hiring at Center Manager level and below to meet budgeted targets.
- Developing strong rapport with team members using a consultative sales approach to drive engagement and productivity.
- Monitoring key metrics (e.g., data usage, hot lead conversion) to improve productivity.
- Evaluating centre performance using metrics like meetings, lead conversion, and leakage.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in building and managing large teams of 60+ members, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Strong academic background, preferably an MBA graduate.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales / Acquisition / Retention.
- Prefence for candidates with team handling experience of 60+ team members in last 3 years.
