Sales Team Lead

The Branch Head is responsible for driving sales through effective liaison with channel partners and motivating their sales teams to sell company products. This role requires strong leadership skills, as the incumbent will supervise a team of Financial Planning Officers and Wealth Management Consultants.
This position involves achieving sales targets, implementing training programs, ensuring performance reviews are conducted on time, and supporting business planning and implementation processes.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of sales management experience, excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of Financial Planning Officers and Wealth Management Consultants.
- Meet sales targets by working closely with channel partners.
- Implement training programs to enhance staff capabilities.
- Conduct performance reviews in a timely manner.
- Support business planning and implementation processes.
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
