Job Title: Principal Construction Designer

We seek a highly skilled construction designer who can effectively plan and execute architectural projects from inception to completion. This individual should possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex design concepts into functional plans.

The successful candidate will also need to maintain open communication channels with various teams to establish goals, schedules, and project milestones.

Key qualifications include:

  • 5 to 6 years of experience in construction design
  • Proficiency in English (Mandatory)
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
  • Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills
  • Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
