Job Title: Principal Interior Architect

Seeking a highly skilled professional to lead interior design projects from conception to completion.

As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating detailed space planning layouts and construction drawings, developing hyper-realistic 3D views and presentations for client approvals, selecting and managing FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment), and collaborating with architects, consultants, and contractors.

  • Lead interior design projects from concept to completion.
  • Create detailed space planning layouts and construction drawings.
  • Develop hyper-realistic 3D views and presentations for client approvals.
  • Select and manage FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment).
  • Work closely with architects, consultants, and contractors.
  • Ensure design solutions are aligned with client needs.
  • Incorporate sustainable design practices wherever applicable.
  • Supervise site execution to maintain design intent and quality standards.

Key Requirements:

  • 3–10 years of professional experience in interior design.
  • Proven expertise in space planning and construction drawings.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, Photoshop, or similar design software.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and detailing.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in sustainable design practices (preferred).
