Senior Interior Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Principal Architect/Interior Designer to bring their design vision to life. They will plan and contribute to the design process, manage internal design teams, and ensure the smooth delivery of projects.

The Senior Interior Designer will also coordinate with external consultants and integrate structural, MEP, and other construction methodologies into medium to large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Principal Architect/Interior Designer to develop and implement design concepts
• Plan and contribute to the design process, ensuring timely delivery of projects
• Manage internal design teams, providing guidance and support as needed
• Coordinate with external consultants, including structural engineers and architects
• Integrate structural, MEP, and other construction methodologies into project designs

Requirements:
• 7-15 years of experience in interior design, with a strong understanding of office systems and best practices
• Proven experience in the hospitality sector (Hotels/Resorts) is highly preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, and MS Office
• Strong communication and project management skills
