Role Overview

This role is responsible for implementing and managing the company's Integrated Business Planning software across various planning processes. The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage SAP IBP modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP IBP solutions to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and optimize business performance.
  • Provide technical support, training, and guidance to users of the SAP IBP system to improve user adoption and productivity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP IBP applications to minimize disruption to business operations and maintain system uptime.
  • Maintain up-to-date system documentation, training materials, and operational reports to ensure accurate information sharing and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will work closely with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure smooth system integration, updates, and enhancements. Additionally, they will stay updated with the latest SAP IBP advancements and provide recommendations for system improvements and best practices.
