Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency by analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and develop data-driven solutions to drive business growth.
  • Design and implement data models to support business intelligence initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective data sharing and integration.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in business intelligence.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in SAP Planning Tools.
  • Proven experience in end-end implementation projects in SAC Planning.
  • Strong understanding of planning, forecasting, and budgeting cycles for revenue, OPEX, CAPEX, headcount financial model, demand planning, etc.
  • Hands-on experience in SAC as a planning tool, designing/implementing data models.
  • Good understanding of SAP data structures, end-to-end dataflow, SAC predictive capabilities, augmented analytics, forecasting, etc.
  • Good understanding of data visualization techniques, dashboarding, and KPIs.
  • Ability to design and present effective storyboards.
  • Must be exposed to onsite-offshore delivery models and able to deliver as per project plan.
  • Good verbal/written communication skills are a must.
  • Good to have: SAP BPC implementation experience, SAP BW exposure.
