About this Opportunity:

We are seeking an accomplished SAP FPSL specialist to spearhead the development and implementation of forward-thinking solutions that cater to business and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead the transformation of technical specifications in accounting (e.g. IFRS 9, HGB, US-GAAP) into the configuration of the SAP S/4HANA FPSL.
  • Collaborate with financial stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
  • Configure SAP FPSL to handle various financial products, ensuring accurate subledger entries and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must have SAP FPSL configuration experience for IFRS9 or IFRS17.
  • Must have S/4 HANA Fiori deployment and configuration experience.
  • Fluent knowledge of Subledger Accounting (FS-FPS-SLA).
  • Must have minimum 1 implementation project experience in SAP FPSL Space.
  • Experience in configuring the business process in FPSL.
  • Must be able to speak about the accounting entries for the different business transactions happen in SAP FPSL.
  • Must be able to speak on the Data migration/conversion process from legacy to SAP FPSL.
  • Must be able to speak about the Integration capabilities of FPSL with SAP/GL and with reporting tools such as SAC etc.

What We Offer:

  • Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective use of FPSL functionalities.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FPSL processes and configurations.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP FPSL features, regulatory changes, and best practices, recommending improvements as necessary.
  • Adaptation of the FPSL data model and matching with the data of the upstream systems.
