Identity Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Identity Management Specialist to support and enhance our identity management program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Okta Identity Cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IAM Platform Administration: Administer and support the Okta platform, including single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, universal directory, lifecycle management, and API integrations.
  • Identity Lifecycle Management: Implement and manage identity lifecycle processes: provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
  • Application Integration: Integrate new applications into Okta using SAML, OIDC, and SCIM.
  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor and manage Okta workflows, policies, and logs to ensure compliance and efficiency. Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and user provisioning issues across various integrated systems.
  • Collaboration and Compliance: Collaborate with security, HR, and IT teams to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes. Participate in security audits and support compliance efforts (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).

Required Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related field—or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience in identity & access management.
  • Okta Expertise: 4+ years of hands-on experience administering Okta Identity Cloud. Proficiency with SAML, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, and Active Directory.
  • Security and Compliance: Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
