Lead the design and development of resort experiences across a network of properties.About this role:We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the innovation, quality assurance, and strategy for resort experiences. This is an opportunity to use data and trends to drive experience innovation, benchmark global hospitality offerings, and design scalable Standard, Local, and Signature Experiences.The successful candidate will have proven experience in multi-property experience design, strong business acumen, creative vision, high cultural sensitivity, and operational discipline. Excellent communication and decision-making skills are essential for this role.About our team:This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with digital teams to embed technology into guest journeys, mentor curators across clusters, resolve escalations, and ensure cross-cluster consistency. The role also involves leading audits, setting benchmarks for safety and service, acting on guest feedback, and reporting quality metrics to senior leadership.Key responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop resort experiences that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  2. Lead innovation and strategy to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with digital teams to implement technology solutions that enhance the guest experience.
  4. Mentor and develop curators to ensure consistency across clusters.
