We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to manage the behind-the-scenes magic that makes pet relocation smooth and stress-free.

This role is responsible for coordinating logistics, ensuring compliance, and making sure every pet arrives safe, sound, and on schedule.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Pet Relocation Coordination: Coordinate all logistics for pet relocations including flights, permits, transport, and documentation.
  • Communication: Communicate with airlines, transport partners, vet clinics, and government bodies to arrange travel.
  • Documentation Management: Ensure timely completion of all documentation like health certificates, NOCs, and travel permits.
  • Client Communication: Keep clients updated on their pet's journey and offer reassurance and clarity at every step.
  • Live Shipment Monitoring: Monitor live pet shipments and ensure timely, secure delivery.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively resolve any travel disruptions or emergencies with empathy and quick decision-making.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of every move - expenses, timelines, and communication logs.
