Tender Operations Manager

The role of a Tender Operations Manager is to oversee the entire tender process, from identifying opportunities to preparing and submitting proposals.

This involves conducting market research, analyzing documents, coordinating responses, and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying tender opportunities by monitoring portals, government websites, and other sources.
  • Reviewing and analyzing tender documents to understand client requirements.
  • Preparing tender responses, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
  • Managing the bid process, including planning, resource allocation, and scheduling.
  • Conducting quality checks on tender proposals to ensure accuracy and adherence to guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tender processes, including procurement rules and regulations. They will be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain accurate records of all tender-related activities.

Proficiency in MS Office applications and tender management software is required. Knowledge of industry-specific standards and practices is advantageous.
