We are seeking a visionary Chief Artificial Intelligence Visionary to spearhead our AI/ML initiatives and drive innovation across personalized recommendations, fraud prevention, and customer engagement. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the AI/ML roadmap that powers seamless matchmaking experiences, ensuring real-time decision-making models enhance user satisfaction.
  • Champion the integration of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to boost developer productivity, automated testing, and code quality.
  • Leverage recommendation engines to personalize matchmaking, content discovery, and elevate overall customer experience.
  • Deploy LLM-based solutions to elevate customer support, retention journeys, and contextual engagement.
  • Analyze data to drive revenue growth, optimize conversion rates, and improve engagement by turning insights into actionable strategies.
  • Lead a world-class data science team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration, and ensure timely execution of high-impact AI/ML projects.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align AI/ML innovations with business objectives, enhancing both product development and user satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications

You should possess:

  • Extensive experience in AI/ML/LLM implementation in B2C/B2B applications.
  • Strong strategic, creative, and analytical skills to develop and scale plans, strategies, and tactics for a business model.
  • Proven track record in leading high-performing AI/ML teams and mentoring professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or others relevant to data science.
