We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Artificial Intelligence Prompt Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, testing, and optimizing high-quality prompts to drive accuracy, reliability, and adaptability of AI models within various business use cases.

To be successful in this position, you will need to collaborate with automation teams to integrate Automation Anywhere bots with AI-driven agents for end-to-end workflows. Additionally, you will build, configure, and deploy AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks autonomously.

You will partner with data scientists, RPA developers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation. A key aspect of this role is developing reusable prompt templates, prompt libraries, and best practices for large language models (LLMs) and multi-agent systems.

Prompts will be integrated into AI agents and RPA workflows to enrich decision-making capabilities. You will also monitor agent and bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and fine-tune prompts for continuous improvement.

Strong experience with prompt engineering techniques for large language models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama) is essential. Proficiency with programming/scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript for automation and agent development is also required.

Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations across enterprise environments is necessary. Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
