Artificial Intelligence Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled AI specialist to develop and deploy cutting-edge autonomous systems in the legal tech industry.

  • The successful candidate will design and implement scalable agentic AI systems that execute complex workflows and reason over legal data.
  • Responsibilities include researching, prototyping, and productionizing ML/DL models, particularly in NLP/NLU.
  • The ideal candidate will build intelligent legal agents capable of document interpretation, decision-making, and collaborating with users or other agents to complete multi-step tasks.
  • Utilizing frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAI Function Calling, and Semantic Kernel to build multi-agent workflows.
  • Fine-tuning and integrating large language models using PEFT, LoRA, and RAG techniques for domain-specific challenges.
  • Designing robust infrastructure for managing AI lifecycle: training, inference, monitoring, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborating closely with legal experts, product managers, and engineers to build explainable and trustworthy AI systems.
  • Contributing to the development of AI strategies for agent-based automation in contract management.

Applicants should have a strong foundation in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Data Science, with deep expertise in ML and NLU.

Proven experience building or integrating agentic AI systems is required. Proficiency in Python, HuggingFace Transformers, LangChain, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Spacy is essential. Hands-on experience with Reinforcement Learning (PPO, RLHF, RLAIF) is also necessary.

A passion for building autonomous systems that solve real-world problems is crucial. Comfort working in Agile/Scrum environments and cross-functional collaboration is expected.
