Key Insights Driver

Our team requires a highly skilled and strategic Key Insights Driver, responsible for analyzing large datasets to inform business decisions.

With 5+ years of experience in applied Data Science and production deployments, you will be at the forefront of leveraging cutting-edge techniques to extract valuable insights from complex data sets.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale datasets to derive actionable insights and build predictive solutions.
  • Design and deploy advanced Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) models that address complex business problems, including customer insights, forecasting, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into business workflows, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Develop tailored dashboards, reports, and visualizations for key stakeholders, providing clear and concise insights into key performance indicators.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Technical Requirements:

  • Advanced Data Science & Statistics: Proven expertise in experimental design, A/B testing, causal inference, and time series analysis, with the ability to explain when and why to use different statistical tests.
  • Machine Learning: Hands-on experience building and deploying models for regression, classification, clustering, and forecasting, with expertise in optimizing hyperparameters, handling class imbalance, and dealing with feature drift in production.
  • Deep Learning: Practical experience with neural networks beyond tutorials, including custom architectures, loss functions, and optimization strategies for specific business applications.
  • Programming & Engineering: Advanced proficiency in Python, with expertise in the core data science stack (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and at least one deep learning framework (PyTorch preferred, TensorFlow acceptable).
  • Production Code: Experience writing maintainable, tested code, with understanding of version control, code reviews, and collaborative development practices.
  • Performance Optimization: Expertise in profiling, vectorization, and handling large datasets that don't fit in memory.

AI Model Development (Desirable):

  • API Integration: Experience integrating with OpenAI, Anthropic, or other LLM APIs in production applications.
  • Prompt Engineering: Systematic approach to prompt design, few-shot learning, and prompt optimization for specific tasks.
  • Fine-tuning & Customization: Experience with parameter-efficient fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA) or custom training for domain-specific applications.
