About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced customer engagement professional to join our team. As a Customer Engagement Expert, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client problems and develop effective solutions
  • Provide timely and accurate technical support and guidance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT or technical setting
  • Fluent in Japanese and English, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in Japanese language proficiency
  • Experience working with cloud technologies, databases, or programming languages
  • Knowledge of IT service management tools, such as Service Now or Jira
