Financial Planning Specialist

We are a dynamic SaaS organization focused on delivering innovative financial solutions. As a detail-oriented Financial Planning Specialist, you will join our team in a remote position with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Conduct monthly and annual financial analysis to support informed business decisions.
  • Provide recommendations on cost-saving initiatives and investment opportunities.

You will prepare and manage comprehensive financial reports, including profit/loss statements, budgets, and forecasts. Additionally, you will monitor expenses and assist with cash flow management. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements is also crucial for this role.

To be successful, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment, is required. You should possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial tools such as Excel or QuickBooks. Your ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams is essential.
