We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled General Manager to lead the operations of our Virtual Medical Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to join a forward-thinking organisation and make a significant impact on the healthcare industry.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Centre Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the Virtual Medical Centre, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Team & People Management: Lead a diverse team of 10–12 staff members across operations, administration, finance, and HR, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance reviews.
  • Administrative, Financial & HR Oversight: Supervise scheduling, office management, and command centre tasks, working closely with finance teams on payments, collections, and reconciliations.
  • Strategic & Growth Initiatives: Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and expansion, identifying process improvements and implementing enhancements.
\Qualifications and Skills:\
  • Postgraduate degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong leadership and people management abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in healthcare management, hospital administration, or operations, with a minimum of 2–3 years in a leadership role.
