
Customer Service Ambassador

As a customer-facing professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless interactions with clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer inquiries via various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Providing timely, professional, and empathetic responses to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating closely with sales, technical, and operations teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Contributing to the development of customer service policies and standards that align with organizational goals.
- Working with the quality assurance team to ensure adherence to service protocols and compliance.
- Conducting research to provide accurate answers and resolutions for customers.
- Facilitating communication between departments to ensure a smooth flow of information and materials.
- Maintaining and updating records, files, and documentation in accordance with company policies.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A bachelor's degree in any field, supplemented by regulatory knowledge.
- 2-3 years of experience post-graduation; industry experience in sales/marketing, healthcare/medical devices, or service order management is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel), SAP, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication abilities.
- A proven ability to contribute significantly to business growth and success.
- A solution-oriented approach and attitude, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
