Customer Support Intern Position Overview

This role is focused on providing exceptional customer service to our clients by handling customer calls in a professional and empathetic manner.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.

Requirements
  • 0–6 months of experience in customer support (freshers are welcome).
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Knowledge of a third language will be an added advantage.
  • Good listening skills, patience, and a positive approach to handling queries.
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to use CRM tools.
