Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our enterprise software licensing and partnerships strategy. This key role will focus on developing and executing plans to grow revenue streams through strategic alliances with system integrators, consulting firms, and other complementary businesses.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of operationalizing revenue streams from system integrator software products/reselling business, as well as experience in the APAC market. They will also possess strong business acumen, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions supported by data and market intelligence.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing go-to-market strategies for software tools and applications markets, including Atlassian, Monday.com, AWS, and DevOps/Cloud technologies.
  • Identifying, initiating, negotiating, and closing services partnerships/alliances with other IT service companies, ensuring win-win outcomes for both parties.
  • Maintaining extensive experience in running high-volume, low-margin businesses in crowded competitive markets.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering and an MBA/PGDM or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in enterprise software licensing and/or service experience, alliances, and experience in the APAC market.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully setting up new system integrator partnerships from scratch and converting them into profitable businesses.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build working relationships with executives, both inside and outside the organization.
