Medical Licensing Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist with our medical licensing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for obtaining and completing initial provider applications for US state medical licenses, ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and compile the necessary application documents from the US State Medical Board, utilizing knowledge of regulatory requirements and due dates.
  • Maintain effective communication with providers throughout the licensure process, providing timely updates and status reports.
  • Utilize task management software to track progress and deadlines, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Complete applications accurately and efficiently, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Request and complete verifications required by the state medical board, maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Foster follow-up with the state license board until approval is received, demonstrating persistence and attention to detail.
