Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to lead our automation and quality practices. The ideal candidate will have experience in software testing, test automation, and collaboration with developers and product managers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end QA strategies, including test automation and exploratory testing.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure seamless integration of quality practices.
  • Implement shift-left and shift-right testing best practices to improve CI/CD pipelines and provide fast and reliable feedback.
  • Coach teams on quality, testability, and resilience to drive excellence in software development.

Requirements:

  • Must-Haves:
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, with 3+ years in automation using JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Strong experience in API testing, BDD/TDD, and working with distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Git, Jira, and CI tools like Jenkins/GitHub Actions.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in performance, security, or accessibility testing.
  • Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or AI/ML testing.
