Job Description

**About the Role**We are seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Specialist to join our HRIS team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, and testing.

**Responsibilities*** Design and develop custom Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet business requirements* Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud security and core HR modules* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM Cloud issues* Collaborate with HR staff to define user needs and reporting requirements* Develop and present training programs for HR staff to ensure effective use of Oracle HCM Cloud* Ensure data integrity in HR systems* Coordinate maintenance and development projects for HRIS systems

**Requirements*** 10- 14years of total experience in Oracle Fusion HCM/HRMS which includes 3-4 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud* Expert in implementation and Support (Business As Usual ) and having experience of requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing in Oracle HCM Cloud* Completed at least 3-4 end to end implementations* Candidate has extensive experience in Security and Core HR modules* Worked on Technical tools like HDL, Oracle OTBI/ BI reports* Ability to lead and interact to higher management* Experience in working for HRIS department of the company* Excellent planning and organization skills*
