Job Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Engineer to oversee the installation process at customer sites, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and escalating deviations to management in a structured manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless installation processes and minimize error rates by closely monitoring and addressing any issues related to electrical, home automation, and lighting products in a timely manner.
  • Document errors noticed and present metrics for improvement to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Escalate identified issues and provide resolutions in a systematic manner, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A Bachelor's degree or Diploma with a focus on electrical engineering is required. A minimum of 0-2 years of experience in the same or relevant industry is ideal.
  • Proficiency in documentation, data analysis, and basic knowledge of house wiring, load calculation, and AutoCAD are necessary skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and sound knowledge of power supplies (single/multiphase), inverters, generators, and related systems are essential.
