Role Overview

This is a full-time remote position for a Senior Developer specializing in Zoho solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing and implementing Zoho applications to meet client requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing, developing, and implementing customized applications using Zoho CRM, Books, Analytics, Creator, SalesIQ, PageSense, Desk, and Billings
  • Integrating Zoho products with other systems through APIs and webhooks
  • Managing the entire development lifecycle from concept to production
  • Maintaining accurate technical documentation
  • Providing timely technical support and troubleshooting for Zoho applications
Requirements:
  • Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Creator, as well as other Zoho products
  • Proficiency in custom application development and integration with other systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
