We offer end-to-end solar solutions, ensuring seamless adoption of clean energy for our clients. Our projects offset over 130,000 tons of CO₂ annually, equivalent to planting over 6 million trees.

This role is a full-time opportunity located in Jaipur for an experienced Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Zoho applications.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing and managing software solutions like Zoho and ERP systems, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring workflows, automations, and dashboards for various departments, training internal teams on the effective usage of Zoho tools, and ensuring seamless integration of Zoho apps with existing software systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing, customizing, and maintaining Zoho applications to meet business requirements
  • Configuring workflows, automations, and dashboards for various departments
  • Training internal teams on the effective usage of Zoho tools
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely solutions
  • Ensuring seamless integration of Zoho apps with existing software systems

A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) is required. The ideal candidate will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
