About the Role

As a Senior Associate - MBBS Counselling, you will play a vital part in guiding aspiring doctors towards pursuing their dream careers in medicine abroad. You will be responsible for providing end-to-end support to students and parents, ensuring a smooth journey from counselling to visa processing and post-arrival assistance.



Key Responsibilities
  • Student Engagement & Counseling
    • Reach out to prospective students via phone, email, and in-person sessions to provide detailed guidance on MBBS programs, universities, and destinations.
    • Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to assess student goals and aspirations.
  • Application Management
    • Assist students with applications, documentation, and submissions to ensure timely and accurate processing.
    • Coordinate with foreign universities to facilitate smooth processing and keep students updated on application status and additional requirements.
  • Post-Registration Support
    • Guide students through visa applications and document preparation, resolving any queries or issues that may arise.
    • Conduct pre-departure orientations for students and families, addressing all aspects of the relocation process.
    • Resolve last-mile queries before departure, ensuring a seamless transition for students.
  • Post-Flying Support
    • Provide check-ins and settlement guidance once students reach abroad, offering continued support for academic and cultural adaptation.
    • Act as a liaison between students and universities, facilitating communication and resolving any outstanding issues.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, metrics, and reports, ensuring transparency and accountability.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the student journey, implementing best practices and optimising processes.
    Requirements
    • Mandatory: Prior experience in Overseas Education / MBBS Counselling.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
    • Strong organisational and multitasking ability, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Empathy and a student-first approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Knowledge of overseas medical education systems is preferred but not essential.
    • A laptop is mandatory for this role.
