Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Growth Engineer. This role involves running cold outreach, building sales pipelines, supporting founders in closing partnerships and pilots, creating sales decks and case studies, producing daily TikTok and Instagram videos, managing social media presence, crafting storytelling that blends AI, open-source, and vet med into accessible content, building and running online marketing strategies, launching newsletters and campaigns, and driving product launches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute cold outreach strategies to clinics, partners, and sponsors via emails, calls, and messages.
  • Build and manage sales pipelines with measurable conversion goals.
  • Support founders in securing partnerships and pilots by providing sales guidance and support.
  • Design and create sales decks, one-pagers, and case studies that showcase our products and services.
  • Produce high-quality daily TikTok and Instagram videos that engage and entertain our audience.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms.
  • Craft compelling stories that blend AI, open-source, and vet med into accessible content for our audience.
  • Develop and execute online marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Launch and manage newsletters, campaigns, and community updates.
  • Drive product launches and events through effective marketing and promotion.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, growth, or community management.
  • Proven track record of success with cold outreach and lead generation.
  • Experience creating social media content, particularly on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Strong writing skills for emails, campaigns, and captions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in health tech, vet med, or SaaS growth.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Notion, Pipedrive, etc.
  • Experience running paid campaigns and newsletters.
  • Past contributions to community-driven or open-source projects.
