Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Campaign Strategist to spearhead the development and execution of paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of patient acquisition funnels, healthcare compliance, and campaign optimization techniques.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns leveraging Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and healthcare-specific platforms.
  • Drive patient engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility for healthcare services.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis tailored to healthcare needs.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop ad creatives, landing pages, and video content aligned with healthcare guidelines.
  • Ensure all campaigns adhere to healthcare advertising regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or medical services.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, and SEO best practices.
  • Experience with lead generation, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking.
  • Understanding of patient journey and healthcare compliance norms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Certification in Google Ads/Facebook Blueprint.
  • Experience with healthcare CRM systems or patient management software.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp).
