Structured Finance Opportunity

This is a job opportunity with a leading NBFC that seeks to drive business growth through the origination and acquisition of new client relationships in the structured finance space.

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage end-to-end deal execution, including business analysis, structuring, drafting term sheets, and leading negotiations. The ideal candidate will work closely with promoters in the structured finance sector to identify opportunities and craft solutions.

  • Craft solutions to drive business growth by originating and acquiring new client relationships.
  • Work closely with promoters in the structured finance sector to identify opportunities.
  • Manage end-to-end deal execution, including business analysis, structuring, drafting term sheets, and leading negotiations.
  • Collaborate with credit teams to draft detailed credit memos and drive the credit approval process.
  • Coordinate with service and operations teams for seamless execution and disbursement.
  • Liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth deal closure.
