Customer Relationship Associate Role

This role requires strong communication skills in Hindi, Kannada, and English, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle objections and queries confidently. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Kannada, and English
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to handle objections and resolve customer queries effectively
  • Target-driven mindset with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and basic computer applications
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team
