We are seeking a seasoned Telecommunications Specialist to join our international team. This role involves delivering high-quality network solutions and providing expert support to clients worldwide.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with GTD-5 switches, requiring 5+ years' experience
  • Deliver Tier 3 telephony and hardware support, including fault isolation and resolution
  • Interface with customers, support teams, and vendors to resolve network problems
  • Guide field teams on proper trouble isolation and hardware replacement
  • Document internal processes and mentor other engineers
  • Ensure accurate, timely ticket updates and participate in an on-call rotation

We are looking for a professional with at least 5 years' hands-on GTD-5 hardware support and telephony troubleshooting experience. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in call processing and translations, familiarity with central office procedures, and ISO27001 compliance knowledge.

  • Strong communication, customer focus, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently from home and manage time effectively
  • Degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
