We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Leader to oversee day-to-day operations for accounts payable and B2C revenue, as well as drive analysis and reporting to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end AR/O2C process, including vendor payments, collections, and reconciliation activities.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, addressing billing or payment concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of accounts receivable clerks or specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Continuously review and improve accounts receivable processes, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Analysis - Revenue and AR:
  • Implement effective credit and collections policies to ensure timely payment from customers.
  • Monitor cash flow by analyzing accounts receivable aging reports, identifying potential risks, and developing strategies to minimize bad debt and maximize cash collections.
  • Identify revenue leakage and implement processes to bridge gaps.
Reporting KPIs:
  • Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, metrics, and KPIs for management and financial reporting purposes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal control policies.
Requirements:
  • Candidate should have CA degree with 4-6 years of work experience in a B2B setup.
  • Preference is given to candidates with Big4 experience.
  • Experience in IFRS/Ind-AS is mandatory.
  • Candidate should have strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making mentality.
