Job Opportunity: Commercial Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee end-to-end finance operations with a focus on the revenue cycle.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably from the advertising / media industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Finance Management: Oversee all financial processes ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts, monitoring and tracking variances.
  • Financial Reporting & Closing: Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • MIS, Audit & Compliance: Develop and maintain comprehensive management information systems, coordinate with auditors, and ensure smooth audit closures.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders for finance-related matters, providing commercial support to leadership for strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
