Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:

  • Retail Sales Management: Oversee the E-T-B-R process (Enquiry, Test Drive, Booking, Retail).
    Develop and implement strategies for generating inquiries.
    Ensure a high standard and volume of test drives from various inquiry sources.
    Maintain accuracy and integrity of booking information.
    Meet retail targets, focusing on the Vehicle Delivery Note (VDN) to Retail ratio.
    Enhance processes to boost conversion rates (CVR).
    Ensure precision and reliability of Dealer Management System (DMS) data.
    Prepare sales forecasts for upcoming months.
  • Manpower Productivity:
    Identify training requirements and assess their effectiveness.
    Encourage and retain staff through recognition and incentives.
    Ensure compliance with the established sales narrative.
  • Digital Transformation:
    Promote the use of digital tools such as Test Drive Anytime Anywhere (TDAA), Personal Voice Assistant (PVA), Bring Showroom Home (BSH), Virtual Reality (VR), and Tablets to enhance CVR.
    Ensure the adequacy and quality of Digital Engagement Managers.
  • Dealer Operations:
    Manage dealer working capital efficiently.
    Reduce outstanding dealer market balances and liquidate aging stock through effective forecasting.

Preferred Industries: Consumer FMCG / Food, Automotive Industry

Education Qualification: MBA; Post Graduate Diploma in Management

General Experience: Core Automotive Sales / FMCG Sales, with 3-8 years of relevant experience.

Critical Experience: System Generated Core Skills in Credit Management, Consumer Focus, Manpower Management, Dealer Relationship Management, Manpower Planning, and Market Acumen.

Sales Planning and Capability Building: System Generated Secondary Skills include Capability Building, Change Management, Consultative Selling, Statutory Compliance, Designing Customer Experience, Financial Management, Identifying Customer Needs, Market Intelligence, Order Management, Performance Management, Product Knowledge & Application, Product Knowledge - Hybrid Vehicle, Territory Coverage Optimization, and Working Capital Management.
