Job Overview

Husk Power Systems is a pioneering company in the renewable energy sector, serving rural communities in India and Sub-Saharan Africa. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Debt Resolution Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing debt resolution strategies, managing a team of collection executives, and ensuring timely and effective recovery of outstanding debts. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in debt resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement debt resolution strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize recovery rates and reduce delinquency.
  • Manage a team of collection agents, ensuring high performance and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and customers, addressing queries and resolving issues related to overdue accounts.
  • Onboard, coordinate, and evaluate third-party collection agencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in credit and collections.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google workspace.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to adapt to diverse environments and work collaboratively in a team.

Estimated Salary: ₹ 12,00,000 - ₹ 15,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
