Job Title: Visionary Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Visionary Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day ERP operations. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth workflow across departments, supporting users, and contributing to process optimization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee day-to-day ERP operations across multiple modules, including Sales, CRM, Finance, Purchase, Inventory, Projects, and HR.
  • Handle data entry, validation, and reporting to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Support end-users by resolving functional and technical issues related to ERP systems.
  • Generate, analyze, and share MIS reports, dashboards, and custom reports as per business needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for ERP enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure timely billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and payment tracking using ERP systems.
  • Provide training and support to new team members on ERP processes.
  • Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in managing ERP systems, with 2-5 years of hands-on experience.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate and construction business processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insightful MIS reports.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Graduate degree in Commerce, Management, IT, or Finance.
