Job Description

The role of a mortgage consultant involves meeting key performance metrics related to business processes assigned while adhering to quality standards under the guidance/supervision of an identified lead. The employee is accountable for following process standard operating procedures and identifying various process-related scenarios, performing proactive analysis, and proposing solutions or process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand the basic nature of the domain and relate it to the entire value chain of mortgage solutions, title insurance, TimeShare property, Claims Servicing & Prevention etc.
  • Retrieve relevant information using online resources
  • Use these tools to perform required searches and collate information
  • Process tasks with varying complexity levels, following set guidelines/frameworks while structuring work products
  • Maintain quality metrics and display a culture of efficiency while processing orders
  • Quickly adapt to new tools, processes, and controls to deliver effectively
Required Skills and Qualifications:
